AllenGenuine Shimano di2 cables, speedy delivery too
Mr ShoreyPerformed the job that I purchased it for
Mr BoucherNeeded the perfect cable lenght to fit my frame and this one does
MHSI needed to extend a Di2 wire for a bar end junction install. The 1400mm runs all the way from BB internal junction through my bars to the bar end with plenty of slack. I love Di2!
IanA very costly but necessary cable to attach a Shimano SM-EW90-A/B Di2 junction box when upgrading from a SM-EW67A ! These must cost a quid or so to produce so the mark up is obscene but since there's no alternative you're stuck with the Shimano option. The cable works fine it's fair to say (350mm to attach to a Shimano SM-EW90-A/B Di2 junction box worked for me but a 400mm cable would give a little more room for manoeuvre on a road bike!) - it's just the cost of it seems unpalatable. There's a market out there for a cost effective copy/after market cable without a doubt!? Usual excellent service from Merlin as always - ordered Saturday and received Monday (wow!) and despite the high cable cost Merlin come out just about cheapest without faffing on with price matches and TopCashBack discounts with other retailers.
Mr StopforthIts a good Shimano cable. Shipping and delivery from Merlin and price very good.
Andre BothaIt's a short electrical cable. Not much more to say about it.
Miss HarrisThey link Di2 stuff together. No probs here.
Mr AmiPerfect size exact fit cables for my Di2 application.
PaulGreat fitting piece of equipment. Shimano gets it right again. A little pricy though when you think its a piece of wire.
Mr RyanInstalling Di2 cables as part of a retrofit was initially challenging due to the the angles involved in getting them to run through the inside of the closed off bike frame. Some ingenuity with long, thin plastic rods which could screw into the ends of the cables resulted in reasonablly easy installation. The four internal cables took about 30 minutes to install and the two external cables fitted without a problem.
BainesExpensive but just work. Would be nice to have a few extra lengths available though
